By paying this non-refundable deposit you are hiring Clare Hobson to create a One of a Kind portrait of your favourite pet from the photo’s you have supplied her with.
- Clare will get in contact with you and discuss which of your provided photo’s are best to work from.
- Clare will provide an estimate of when she can start on the piece and approx how long it will take to complete. When the piece is started, Clare will contact you personally with update reports and photos of progress (if desired – some individual prefer to wait until completion).
- Once the piece is completed and you are satisfied with the result, the balance of the fee for your personalized custom portrait will be due.
- All original works come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
- Matting and framing is not included in the initial price of the work but can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Shipping within Canada is free of charge. International shipping fees will be extra and you will be provided with a quote. Clare will use a traceable service via Mail or Courier for delivery.
- If for some reason you are not able to complete payment, you acknowledge that Clare may
– offer the work up for sale to another buyer
– use the portrait for marketing purposes at trade shows and on social media
– create prints or use the image on gift-ware (mugs, cards etc) for promotional purposes
